Available products:

The products available in the webshop can only be ordered online, personal purchases are only possible at occasional fairs.

The products are unique, hand-made, so there may be differences from the images displayed in the webshop, they only serve as illustrations, the products can be ordered in other colors as well.

Order process:

You can place an order in the webshop by filling in the "Place an order" form on the page for each product. If you order more than one product, the form must be completed for each product (since the color, type, and layout of each product must be specified), delivery will be made as a single package, with a one-time shipping cost. At the request of the customer, it is possible to deliver several packages, in which case the delivery cost will be charged as many times as the package is sent.

The customer will receive an automatic e-mail about the receipt of the order, and then he will receive further information in a personal e-mail.

Payment process:

At this time, bank transfers are only available.

After placing the order, the customer will be informed by e-mail about the details of the bank transfer (bank account number)

The delivery time will be specified by e-mail after the order has been placed, in this way the delivery method can also be specified by the customer.

Order fulfillment:

Production of the product will begin upon receipt of the transfer and will be completed within 30 days. In the event of a discrepancy (in the event of a large order), the customer will be notified immediately and may cancel the order, which will result in a refund of the money transferred.

Right of withdrawal:

The customer may withdraw from the contract and return the ordered product within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered product. In this case, the customer will receive a refund within 14 days, excluding shipping charges.
